Tonight did that thing – you know, when it’s raining and sunny and humid and more sun all at the same time.
There was a point on my drive home where there were two rainbows (that’s right! Double rainbow! Not all the way across the sky though.). One looked like it began right behind a Subway – I really, truly, kind of wanted to try to find the end of it. (Which, in my adult brain, I know is impossible. But in my much more prevalent kid brain, it just sounds like an adventure.)
Anyway. Further along my drive home, the thunderclouds opened up briefly to allow the sun to shine, and fill everything with a fierce orange fire.
